Terms And Conditions

1. Payment & Registration 
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in the Business Accelerator Planning Workshop. Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been received. 


2. No Refund Policy 
All workshop purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the limited number of places available, and the immediate access to workshop materials and pre-work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: 


  • Change of mind 
  • Schedule changes 
  • Personal circumstances 
  • Failure to attend the workshop (full or partial) 


3. Non-Transferable 
Workshop tickets are non-transferable unless agreed to in writing by Your Success Lab.
We cannot guarantee transfer requests and reserve the right to decline them. 


4. No-Shows 
If you do not attend the workshop, for any reason, no refund or credit will be provided.
Recordings (if any are provided) and materials will still be supplied, but Your Success Lab is under no obligation to reschedule or compensate for missed sessions. 


5. Event Delivery 
The workshop is delivered live online via Teams across two sessions.
Your Success Lab is not responsible for issues related to your technology, internet connection, or ability to participate. 


6. Changes to Event Details 
Your Success Lab reserves the right to modify the workshop schedule, facilitators, or format if required.
If the workshop is rescheduled by us, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new dates. 


7. Access to Materials 
All workshop materials provided (including templates, documents, and recordings) are for the personal use of the registered participant/s only and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed. 


8. Behaviour & Conduct 
To ensure a positive experience for all participants, disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund. 


9. Acceptance of Terms 
By registering for the Business Accelerator Planning Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
